2 x 5000 litre heavy duty mix tanks. This is the second pair that our customer has ordered. These tanks are to replace some old tanks the customer bought second hand 20 years ago, and is upgrading his whole operation. So while the old tanks did the job after a fashion, he now has a world class set up.
A repeat customer asked for a tank to be fabricated in 316 grade stainless steel. We convinced them to make the product in SAF 2205 to avoid rust spots from vapor condensing on the underside of the lid.
Stainless Tank and Mix built this replacement trade-waste tank exactly the same as the existing unit so that the surrounding infrastructure and pipework would connect back up easily.
Process water storage tanks - two 100,000 litre and one 30,000 litre tanks were fabricated by Stainless Tanks and Mix. One of the 100kl and the 30kl tank are 316 grade stainless steel for chilled water and the second 100kl is in SAF 2205 for hot water.
European made filling machine for filling powdered product into 25kg bags kept jamming. A new, relatively complex, PTFE coated chute was manufactured for it. This is what we do.

400 litre steam jacketed pneumatic drive mixer. Included is a tidy pump base braced off the bottom of the legs to allow the pump to 400 litre steam jacketed, insulated and clad mix tank comprising of an anchor shear combination with multiple product inlets and nozzles.
500 litre mobile mix tank in SAF 2205 grade stainless steel. The mixer is a pneumatic drive mixer appropriately sized for the application. Included is a tidy pump base braced off the bottom of the legs to allow the pump to be set up and move with the tank as required.
A 75 litre & 50 litre jacketed tank assembly complete with transfer pumps, "think top" butterfly and diversion valves, Allen Bradley HMI panel, electrically heated water jackets with temperature sensor control, sightglass for water jacket level.
Our customer needed more hot water capacity for his CIP process, so the solution was a 5000 litre steam jacketed tank to heat and store hot water for use.
A 3000 litre vacuum / pressure rated with steam jacket, contra-mix kettle handcrafted with care and passion. This is a replacement for an existing vessel which was past its use by date and has given more trouble than it is worth.
A customer came to us for 8 custom 30 litre pots for a lab scale pilot plant, but our standard design was too expensive, so we removed the knuckle, welded from one side only, no grinding of the weld and the new price was accepted.
