Continuous product cleaner for seafood industry
Previously the customer had been using a concrete mixer to clean their product but it was too slow and labour intensive.
The new continuous product cleaner had to be mobile, easy to load with boxes of product, and clean on a continual basis. Consideration had to be given as to where the product washings would go, how to clean the product all round, and to what level of cleanliness was achieved.
An all-stainless steel construction was necessary to ensure a long working life.
This machine has been in service since the end of 2003 and has only had 2 services up until the beginning of 2012.
