Case study - IBC Mixer with IBCs for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company

The company had a similar IBC mixer which was showing signs of fatigue, and the customer wanted to increase the batch size.

Larger IBCs were built that still kept the original mix arm centres so that the mixer could be used for new and old IBCs.

The new mixer was built robustly, maintained the required dimensions to replace the existing mixer in the original mix room, but was improved with stainless steel cladding all over, and a concealed tilting mechanism, while still maintaining easy access for maintenance via the large removable covers.
