Case study - Equipment lifter for a vacuum transfer unit for a pharmaceutical company

The user requirement was that a vacuum transfer unit needed to be lifted above an IBC so that it could be filled.

The lifter needed to:

  • be able to lift the vacuum transfer unit;
  • have the lifting capacity as well as the reach;
  • lift the unit in a reasonably short space of time;
  • be of limited height in order to be able to access different filling rooms;
  • be of clean design and
  • be easy to use and wheel around.
