A customer had a new European made filling machine for filling powdered product into 25kg bags, but when one of their products had some different ingredients which resulted in a product that was a bit sticky the filling machine kept jamming up.

To get a new PTFE chute from the OEM was going to take months and the customer couldn’t afford to have the filling machine chutes (there were 2 of them) sent away to be PTFE coated so we were commissioned to fabricate 1 new chute to start with and get it to the customer PTFE coated in 2 weeks which we achieved. The chute was a success and the order was given to complete the second one.

It can be seen there is relatively complex detail, but that is what we do.
