All stainless steel construction including the platform; platform has a double pallet loading bay with a roll-over safety gate and access to the rear of the blender for cleaning and access to the dust extraction points.
The 2000 litre blender has a double-hinged lid. The main lid gives access to the whole of the top of the blender, is supported with gas struts, and has a cat3 safety switch that will not release until the motor runs down; the secondary lid allows the blender to be loaded while running, has a reinforced loading grid and the back of the lid has 2 extraction points.
Actuated butterfly valve outlet for increased automation is operated from the main stainless steel control cabinet
