Just finished this mixing tank which is insulated and clad with seal welded cladding, having a scrape surface cage type mixer and CIP spray ball setup. All are built to exacting GMP and safety standards.
The heavy-duty sanitary loading grid is locked in place with a hinge detail so it can be hinged to open and clean if necessary, but not allow the operator to remove it and then short circuit the switch.
