Contra-Rotating Mixer with Holding Tank

Another 2000 litre mixing kettle pair complete.

This is the best option for numerous cases – to have a contra-mix kettle where a very wide range of products can be mixed / cooked / prepared and then this batch of product is transferred to a holding tank.
The holding tank can then feed / dose a filling machine / pack-off system, while the next batch can loaded into the contra-mix and the blending / cooking process can begin again.

The contra-rotating mixers are fitted with variable speed drives to give maximum mixing flexibility. They also operate independently, so either of the agitator drives can be turned off if not needed.

Kettles can be built with steam rated dimple plate to bottom cone and sides. Additional heating can be achieved with steam injection nozzles as is the case with this unit.
