Just delivered a 1,000 litre melting tank fitted with a cage mixer with side & bottom scrapers.
The water filled jacket is electrically heated, and thermostatically controlled. The tank has 2 butterfly lids and 2 off safety switch protected loading grids.
What is particularly special about this unit is the batching system it is fitted with. This system enables the user to dispense consistent quantities with ease. The operator presets the easy to adjust values in the air operated batching system, and then pulls the start button to dispense each batch. Great for filling 20 litre pails, small tins, and other containers. The pump is a sanitary series diaphragm pump which is simple to operate and clean, and is difficult to damage.
