The mixer is a pneumatic drive mixer appropriately sized for the application. Included is a tidy pump base braced off the bottom of the legs to allow the pump to 400 litre steam jacketed, insulated and clad mix tank comprising of an anchor shear combination with multiple product inlets and nozzles.
The Gearmotors are EXD rated, and the anchor mixer has PTFE side and bottom scrapers. The inspection hatch is fitted with a very tidy bolted grid.
Included was to supply documentation including material certificates, mixer data report etc.
