ST&M plate type continuous pasteurisers
The Stainless Tank & Mix Continuous Pasteuriser is designed especially for processing of milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, ice cream, juice, liquid egg, fruit juice, wine etc. and can cater for production rates of 100L/hr to 10,000L/hr.
The ST&M Continuous Pasteuriser is a fully automatic compact processing system with number of heat exchangers, processing valves, sensors, hygienic pumps, and a control system, which are integrated to guarantee a secure and repeatable production process. Heating and cooling is achieved through heat exchangers, regeneration technology is used where possible to reduce operating costs.
All ST&M Pasteurisers are designed and certified to comply with Australian standards & Safe Food Australia and are offered as a skid mounted compact design as standard. Data logging provides a record of process history, and settings can be pre-set for different product recipes. A fully adjustable Temperature Controller for precise heating and cooling gives the pasteuriser operator scope to fine tune results.
Each pasteuriser is fully CIP (Clean-In-Place) Compatible, the controls are very user friendly and each unit can be designed to fit in the space available for each site.
At Stainless Tank & Mix we work closely with the customer to design each pasteuriser to suit their site specific requirements whether that be:

- Single or 3 phase power supply
- Space constraints etc.
