The Stainless Tank & Mix Batch Pasteuriser is designed especially for small batch processing of milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, ice cream, juice, liquid egg, fruit juice, wine etc. in a range of sizes of 150, 300, 500 and 1000 litres.
The ST&M Pasteuriser is a fully automatic, compact processing plant integrated with a high efficiency heater, agitator and control system, and is well suited to guarantee a secure and repeatable production process. Heating and cooling is through a double jacket.
Stainless Steel ST&M Pasteurisers are designed and certified to comply with Australian standards & Safe Food Australia and are offered as a skid mounted compact design as standard. Data logging provides a record of process history, and settings can be pre-set for different product recipes. A fully adjustable Temperature Controller for precise heating and cooling gives the operator scope to fine tune results.
Each pasteuriser is fully CIP (Clean-In-Place) Compatible, the controls are very user friendly and each unit can have an agitator paddle designed according to product characteristics.
