Another 2000 litre ribbon blender for a repeat customer – have been building blenders for the same group for 30 years so we must be doing something right.
This highly speced ribbon blender has main lids configured as end mounted butterfly lids so as to allow complete open blender top for cleaning. They are complete with SS counterweights to assist the operator opening them when they have their bar magnets fitted [not shown in these images].
The butterfly lids have their own separate loading hatched which incorporate the bar magnets and have neat dust extraction points fitted behind these hatches for dust management.
The ribbons have breaker bars fitted and the ribbon assembly and bowl are fully polished out.
The blender is of all stainless steel construction complete with bearing covers.
