New 1500 litre ribbon blender mixing assembly for nutraceutical company – blender on stand with operator platform, staircase and pallet platform. Handrail has swing gate to allow loading by auger. Main controls are mounted under the stairs with a remote control accessible on the platform. Blender has a loading hatch fitted with a removable screen. Included are 2 off 1500 litre IBC’s with 200 Ø sanitary butterfly valve, small air operated vibrator and forklift anti-rollover brackets. 316 grade stainless to product contact parts, balance is 304 grade.
