Stainless Tank and Mix fabricated a 2000 litre paddle blender with numerous extras. This paddle blender was built after testing was done with our 200 litre test rig. The product was very problematic and both we and the customer wanted to make sure it would be up to the task.

The blender has a main wall mounted control panel to house the main controls including the VSD, and then has a smaller operator panel placed in an easy to use position.

The openable lid is counterweighted as well as electrically locked – a run down timer is part of the locking mechanism, and there is a smaller inspection / minor additions hatch with welded safety mesh.

We fitted a spray bar to the back which the angle of the spray is adjustable so that the liquid is directed to the aerated powder rather than the blender parts which then results in the powder sticking to the mixer parts more than is necessary.

A bulk bag station was fitted complete with a hatch for safely untying the bag and containing the potential dust encountered with the bag opening task.
