The food paste is 100,000cps and needed to be mixed. Stainless Tank & Mix designed the mixer, employed CFD along with other programs to check the mixing efficiency and the strength of the mixer design.
Not only will the mixers work but they are built to exacting food-grade standards as seen in the internal finish, but also include practical design such as the large bolted flange incorporating the outlet which allows the bottom steady bearing to be removed without confined space entry
