2 off 5000 litre replacement reactors with steam pipe coils.
These reactors are to replace some existing reactors which are in a very difficult installation and so in collaboration with the customer we designed a set of bolt together installation frames which will substantially reduce the downtime involved in removing the existing, and installing the new reactors.
Anther feature is a secondary 500 diameter bottom outlet flange which serves 2 purposes – to easily service the bottom steady bearing without having to enter the vessel, and additionally in the case of having to enter the vessel, entry is made easier as the top of the vessel is overcrowded with pipework and frames.
