Stainless Tank & Mix designed and fabricated this 22000 litre chemical mix tank after a lot of interactions with the customer to get the design right and comply with the right codes. The customer was setting up to manufacture in Australia who therefore had to liaise with their overseas facilities so they could answer the questions we had so we could provide and fabricate the correct design.
There was the question of the product which then determined that the tank needed to comply with AS1692 and then the gearmotor had to comply with zone 1 IIB.
The tank feet had to work with weigh cells the customer had selected, and then the stainless grade changed from 304 to 316. All part of the service provided by our team to ensure you get what you hoped for, because once you have spent the money, its not there to spend again if its wrong
