We have completed a 200 litre all stainless steel concrete mixer for a pharmaceutical company overseas.

So, where typically our welds are as laid, all welds were to be ground out, and the baffles welded in and then the welds ground smooth which is quite problematic given that the mixer wall is only 1.5mm and the baffle needs to be adequately strong enough to give a good service life.

We even went as far as fitting a hygienic rated bolt inside in the centre to lock the shaft onto the bowl.
