A substantial all stainless platform in progress
This platform will be another 2 metres higher – we chose to weld the legs to the deck frame and then sleeve and weld the legs to the stub legs on site for a neater cleaner result; to avoid bolted connections where possible/practical.
The other aim was to minimize the number of legs and bracing so to give as much free space under as economically possible.
The chequerplate floor is sloped to 2 drain points to allow washdown with out the usual pooling that results on flat floors.
2 off double rollover gates for pallet loading are to be installed. Included in our supply is to supply and fit a new 2000 litre ribbon blender with a custom loading hatch arrangement. A space remains for a future blender to be installed.
