We built this replacement 500 litre gas fired cooking kettle in stainless steel. As always we look at how we can improve the design for quality, safety, operator ease of use, reduction of potential items that could get damaged. It certainly caused some headaches especially with getting support in regard to gas/electrical compliance, but we persisted and got there in the end.
All work is carried out with pride and care in our Minto workshop.
