We removed a large section to follow existing weld lines as much as possible so as to avoid it looking like a repair. Unfortunately the knuckle to the top cone was also damaged so we had to also cut that out resulting in an additional weld join above the knuckle.

All works carried out as an emergency – a shout out to the guys who worked on Monday to help get it out the door today
