Quite a tricky to build 1500 litre insulated hopper. The inside skin is SAF2205 duplex stainless polished to 0.8Ra with a 316 fully welded cladding with numerous penetrations as well as support brackets to mount the hopper on load cells.
The lid also was insulated so fitting a top entry point as well as hinge and handle brackets penetrating the cladding to the inner skin with out substantial distortion was also a challenge.
All built from scratch with pride and care in our Minto workshop.
